1. Where is my package?
After placing your order, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process and 5-8 business days for delivery, provided you ordered before 12:00 PM. If these timeframes have passed, please reach out to our customer service team.
2. Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email. Check your spam folder, as our emails may occasionally end up there. Note that it may take a short while for the Track & Trace link to become active.
3. How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the Track & Trace number sent to you via email. Enter it on our tracking page at Nourvan.com/ParcelPanel to view your delivery status.
4. I’m not satisfied with my package
